KYC Policy

Last updated: 21.09.2026

Golden Roo Casino follows and complies with “Know your customer” requirements designed to prevent financial crime and money laundering through customer identification and due diligence.

At any time, Golden Roo Australia may request any KYC documents it considers necessary to establish a goldenroo.com user’s identity and location. We may limit access to the service, payments, or withdrawals until identity has been adequately confirmed, or for another reason determined at our sole discretion under the applicable legal framework.

We apply a risk-based approach, carrying out thorough due diligence and ongoing monitoring of all clients, customers, and transactions. In accordance with money laundering regulations, three due diligence levels may be applied depending on the risk level, transaction, and customer type.

SDD — simplified due diligence applies to exceptionally low-risk transactions that do not reach the required thresholds.

CDD — customer due diligence is the standard level of verification and identification used in most cases.

EDD — Enhanced Due Diligence applies to high-risk customers, significant transactions, or special circumstances.

In addition to the above, a user must complete the full KYC process where their combined lifetime deposits exceed EUR 5,000, where they request a withdrawal of any amount through goldenroo.com, or where they attempt, complete, or are involved in a transaction considered suspicious.

As part of this procedure, the user must provide basic personal details and upload:

1) A copy of a Government Issued Photo ID. Depending on the document, both the front and back may be required.

2) A selfie showing the user holding the ID document.

3) A bank statement/Utility Bill.
